If you see Error 700: Certificate Expired or 'PID Block Creation Failed', your device is actively being rejected by the UIDAI encryption server. This happens when the device's local keys expire because the overall RD subscription has lapsed.
To fix this, you must process a Mantra rd service activation to authorize new keys.
After paying the Mantra rd service charge, disconnect the scanner, restart the 'Mantra AVDM' service on your PC, and reconnect. The certificate will download automatically.
