The 7-digit & 8-digit serial number is printed on the sticker attached to the bottom/back of your Mantra device. It is usually labeled as SR NO: as highlighted in the image.

If the sticker is faded or missing completely:
Plug the device into your Windows PC, open the "Mantra Management Client" tool from your start menu, and click on "Initialize". The software will detect your hardware and display your precise serial number directly on the screen.

No, lifetime validity is no longer provided due to strict UIDAI compliance and periodic certificate renewals. Currently, you can securely renew your device for periods of 1 Year or 2 Years. Once the selected validity period expires, you will need to renew it again to continue services.

First, remove the USB cable and plug it back into your device. Second, ensure your PC or mobile phone has a strong, active internet connection so it can fetch the new token. If the issue persists on a PC, press Windows Key + R, type `services.msc`, locate "Mantra AVDM", right-click, and select "Restart".
