Completing your Mantra rd service online payment is only half the battle. If you are setting up a new PC, you must have the correct software installed. An outdated suite will cause 'Framework Not Ready' errors.
Always download the latest Mantra MFS100 driver and rd service directly from the official developer portal. Install the Driver first, followed by the RD Service setup.
Remember, the driver will only connect to UIDAI if your Mantra device recharge check is active on the server.
