Installing Drivers Post-Recharge
Completing your Mantra rd service online payment is only the first step. If you are setting up a new PC or upgrading to an L1 device, you must have the correct software installed. An outdated suite will throw persistent 'Framework Not Ready' errors even if your serial is whitelisted on the server.
The Correct Installation Sequence
Always download the latest Mantra MFS100 driver and rd service (or MFS110 L1 files) directly from official OEM sources.
- Uninstall all previous Mantra drivers from your Control Panel.
- Install the Client Driver Setup first.
- Install the RD Service Setup second.
- Plug your scanner in and wait for the 'Framework Ready' message at the bottom right of your screen.
Remember, the driver will only connect to UIDAI if your Mantra device recharge check is active on the master server.
